Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious, comfy, and clean rooms with possibly the most comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. The service was professional, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location, while not the most amazing area, was convenient, especially for an airport stopover. The dining experience, while okay, didn't stand out as exceptional. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in certain aspects.
My stay at the hotel was perfect for a stopover on the way to Siem Reap. The room had a balcony with a lovely view, was spacious, well-equipped, and had nice comfy beds. The service was excellent, making it a great place to relax with attentive and friendly staff. The location was beautiful and relaxing despite being a bit far from the city center. The dining was good with plenty of choices. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated, making me wish I had more time in Phnom Penh to stay longer. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The ground-floor room I had was not only great but also offered a lovely view of the pool from the balcony.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were small and noisy, they were surprisingly spacious, comfy, and clean. The service was exceptional, with the staff being amazing, helpful, and accommodating. The location was a bit away from the action but made up for it with the management and staff's willingness to assist with transport arrangements. Dining had its flaws with limited options, but the organic fruits were a nice touch.
The hotel is a mixed bag - while the rooms are comfortable and well-designed with a balcony overlooking the pool, the lack of working desk may be inconvenient. The service is generally helpful and attentive, although there were some lapses in handling dirty dishes. The location is convenient for airport access but a bit far from city attractions. The dining options, though limited, have something for everyone. Overall, good value for money with some minor drawbacks.
